Baffin Island Golf and Country Club has, since its inception, been planned as
an online Golf and Country Club. Any resemblance to a Golf and Country Club in existence is
purely coincidental. The sole purpose of this website is for golfers to have fun with the
fact that they belong to a Golf and Country Club that exists only on the Internet. (Of course
the cool jackets, shirts and other golf supplies bearing our logo is a bonus.)
Baffin Island was chosen to be the figurative location of our Golf and Country Club only
because of the improbability of an actual Golf and Country Club being able to survive
financially in Northern Canada... Hmmmm "Baffin Island Golf and Country Club" does sound
rather exotic though, doesn't it?
Insurance Disclaimer
Ok! The above disclaimer established that Baffin Island Golf and Country Club is not a real place. So you will not need to buy any of the insurance that appears in the store. It has been placed there for its humorous value, and nothing else! So the warning is this:
The laughably fake insurance policy and its riders are in a real store, do not buy them! If you do, we will have the last laugh! (And we will still chuckle long after we return the money you spent on insurance.)
