Just coming back from North of 66 to Millicent golf course here in South Australia, and I have come to appreciate that nothing is better than golfing in the north. We have this natural Bush setting with abundance of animals and birds and we can golf anytime of the year. Where is the challenge! Polar bears versus kangaroos! To all my Australian mates you need to golf at Baffin Island.

From Sydney Australia, Bonville golf resort. We have been "voted the most beautiful golf course in Australia-if not in the world." It has been said that our course is breathtaking, stimulating and challenging, and now I retract these words since I have golfed at Baffin Island. Our restaurant, the "Flooded Gums" is great, but the eating experience of Northern food is a culinary delight.

We have just returned to our golf club " Mauna Ocean", South Korea, where it is soggy, cool and wind gusting around which makes our course very tricky. But this is nothing since our LPGA tour to Baffin Island. It has always been said that here in South Korea we have our culture, but nothing compared to the native, northern Canadian.

I was on the same LPGA tour as Suza, both of us have now become members of Baffin Island golf and country club. It has been a thrill to now know were golf originated, thank you for the publication, 'The Gift'.
